Is this a role with your name on it?

As a Development Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on sensor and measurement technology, you will design sensors and devices for our innovative products in various application areas using the CAD software Solid Works. You will always be in close and regular contact with the software, firmware, sales and service departments.

New day…new challenge (all the great stuff you’ll get to do day-to-day)

  • Design of sensors and devices using the CAD software SolidWorks
  • Creation of circuit diagrams and layouts in Altium for electronic components and assemblies to connect our devices to customer systems
  • Planning and implementation of test setups to test and optimize our products
  • Support of the development process from the idea to series production, taking quality and safety standards into account
  • Close collaboration with other teams from the areas of software, firmware, sales and service

Essential qualifications

  • Successfully completed master’s degree in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge of the practical application of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar programs
  • Ideally experience in the design and assembly of sensors, devices and tools in the plastics industry
  • Solid knowledge of the design and commissioning of electronic assemblies Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the personal ambition to advance a project together with customers
  • Interest in new technologies and the will to design solutions for them
  • Strong communication skills in German and English both in the team and in customer and supplier contact
